Often pain and anxiety are our greatest challenges in childbirth. Learning to use our mind to work with these challenges can make a huge difference in our labor and delivery experiences. The Mind in Labor workshop is a time to look deeply at pain and fear in childbirth and to cultivate present moment awareness for meeting whatever childbirth experience might unfold.
*** please note: there is a minimum requirement of 7 enrollments for this workshop to run***

Workshop Location: CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion 1035 Cambridge Street, Cambridge MA 02139
Cost: $315 per couple Early Bird Rate until July 15, 2019
$355 per couple (participants encouraged to bring the person who will be supporting her at the birth--either a partner, family member or doula).The cost of registration includes the book Mindful Birthing, by Nancy Bardacke, 2012, and audio recording of meditations.
Please note: for online registration, we only accept credit card payments. If you would like to pay by check, we ask that you deliver the check in-person. Please contact us at cmc@challiance.org if you would like to register and pay by check. Refund policy: There is a $75 registration fee if cancelling at least 8 days before the workshop. 50% refund can be between 7 days and 24 hours before the workshop.No Refund is available if cancellation is within 24 hours of workshop start time.
